Respectfully we won’t write too much about the memorial and museum except to say it is quite an experience, impressive, reflective and very moving.
There is plenty of information including ticket prices and opening times on the 9/11 Memorial and Museum website.
It is highly recommended to pre-book tickets online but you can get tickets there at the ticket office if its last minute.
You are free to explore the museum at your own leisure or you can book a guided tour via 9/11 Guided Tours.
Allow at least two hours for your visit.
